TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read before making a booking :
Bookings are confirmed once the booking fee has been paid & the Contract of Hire has been returned.. Booking fee's must be paid within seven days of receipt of the invoice, after 7 days the car/s will then be offered for Hire again. Cars can only be held for up to seven days without a booking fee being paid. All amendments to booking must be in the form of writing.
A minimum, NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee of 20% is required. Balance is due 5 weeks prior to the event date, only in special circumstance will this be extended. Failure to pay the balance may result in the total amount of monies being paid, plus 5% monthly intrest charge on the outstanding balance.
We may be able to book vehicles at short notice, for these bookings if less than 5 weeks prior to the event, the full balance will be due at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations may incur a cancellation fee. The following fees are for guidance only. Less than 20 weeks but more that 10 - 50% of balance. Less than 10 weeks - full amount. This is due to the turning away other work for the car/s for your date.
Whilst we will make every effort to arrive punctually at your address and destination, we cannot be held responsible for late arrival or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control. We will not be responsible for any impact that a delay might cause through missed connections, cancelled functions or engagements.
In the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown, we will endeavour to supply an alternative vehicle for your journey. We will not be reponsible for any impact that a delay might cause through missed connections, cancelled functions or engagements.
We operate a strict no smoking policy.
Our chauffeurs will choose the route based on local knowledge, experience or sat-nav. They will accept a route requested by the hirer, however, should this result in extra mileage or time, an extra charge could occour.
Any alterations made to the hire of the day or a request for extra time may incur an extra charge or not honoured due to conflicts with another booking.
In the vintage fleet, there are no seat / safety belts fitted. Passengers travel at their own risk and the company cannot be responsible for any injury or damage to property within these vehicles.
The principle hirer will be responsible for the conduct of all passengers for the duration of the hire. We reserve the right to invoice or charge the hirer for any losses or damages sustained to any part of the vehicle caused by any passenger or third party. A minimum charge of 200GBP will be applied to cover costs of valeting should fouling occur through drink, food or illness.
Any form of anti-social behaviour towards a member of staff within the company will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the hire and may involve police action.
Our Chauffeurs will check the vehicles after the journey for belongings. We cannot be held responsible for any item lost or broken whilst in our vehicles. It is the hirers reponsibility to ensure that all belongings are removed after the journey.
The company offers a policy of total discretion for all our clients. The exception is photography for company promotional purposes or literature and website. If you do not wish to have your images used, please inform us at time of booking when paying final balance.
The company is not registered VAT, therefore the price quoted is not subject to additional VAT charge
